Term 4 2021 Schedule
Josie started running in her teenage years. Running with friends and keeping fit while also going to the gym was her favourite.
In more recent years Josie’s running has become more frequent and more enjoyable by entering in lots of running events at different locations and completing different distances.
Half marathons are Josie’s favourite event as they are a good distance to train for keep you running regularly. Josie is aiming to one day complete her first full marathon.
During a battle with an Anxiety Disorder Patrick decided to start exercising after a long hiatus. Running enabled him to set his own schedule and push limits at his own pace.
With two marathons under his belt and a handful of trail halves, Patrick is hungry for more.
Lisa is a mum of 3 who started running to find time for herself. She loves running on trails in the Warbys and has completed several Ultra Marathons. Running has given Lisa an opportunity to achieve big dreams, grow, learn and inspire her children.
All coaches are certified Level 2 Run Coaches with Athletics Victoria
